✅ شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال

  • يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.

  • يجب أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة وغير متضررة.

  • يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مفتوحة وفي تغليفها الأصلي (خصوصًا للمنتجات المختومة).

  • يتطلب تقديم إثبات شراء صالح (رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة).

❌ المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

  • منتجات العناية الشخصية مثل العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل بعد فتحها.

  • المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام.

  • المنتجات المصنوعة خصيصًا أو حسب الطلب.

  • يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الاسترجاع إلا في حال كان الخطأ من طرفنا.

💳 المبالغ المستردة

  • بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سيتم إصدار رصيد متجر أو استرجاع المبلغ خلال 5 – 7 أيام عمل.

  • يتم استرجاع المبلغ عن طريق التحويل البنكي إلى حساب العميل.

✅ Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging (especially for sealed goods).

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Personal care items such as perfumes or cosmetics once opened.

  • Used items or items damaged due to misuse.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error was on our part.

💳 Refunds
